2 In Custody After Police Chase Ends On West End Bridge

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Two teenagers are in custody following a police chase.

It started in Manchester near the intersection of Manhattan Street and Lake after the teen driver of a car refused to pull over for a traffic stop.

The passenger, 18-year-old Lamar Rozier, threw a bagged substance into the river when they were caught on the West End Bridge.

Rozier has been charged with tampering and destruction of evidence. The teenage driver is facing a fleeing and alluding of police charge. His name has not been released because he is a juvenile.
