Jam-Packed Weekend In Pittsburgh Starts With Arts Festival

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- It's a weekend jam-packed full of activities this weekend in Pittsburgh. From concerts to sports to art, there seems to be something for every taste.

The 52nd annual Three Rivers Arts Festival kicks off on Friday with live entertainment, a variety of food and drinks, family-friendly activities and the return of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Also, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is presenting Pittsburgh JazzLive International, which features about a dozen jazz artists performing at 20 locations throughout Pittsburgh all weekend long.

Over on the North Shore, the Pirates are back in town after a lengthy road trip. They will be taking on the Philadelphia Phillies at PNC Park Friday and Saturday evening at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 1:35 p.m.

On Friday the famous pop punk band "Panic! At the Disco" will be performing at Stage AE. The doors open at 6:30 p.m.
