Well Kristy, the story doesn’t mention if this was a legally bought gun, most firearms used in these crimes are illegal.
I personally own a legal firearm with a permit to carry and if all the legal firearm owners turn in their guns today the bad guys will still have theirs.
If a person wants to do harm to somebody they will find a way , gun, knife, club whatever.
It’s not guns it’s society most of these shootings are in age ranges of 18-21, children of irresponsible parents.
