Authorities Offer Reward In Gun Store Hold Up

SOUTH FAYETTE (KDKA) -- Investigators are now offering a $10,000 reward for help finding the suspect who held up a gun store and shot the clerk in South Fayette earlier this week.

Authorities with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are investigating the incident, which happened Wednesday morning at Federal Firearms on Thoms Run Road.

The clerk, 64-year-old John Lukachak, was shot twice and taken to a hospital for treatment. He's expected to be fine.

Officials say the robber stole a handgun.

The store has a video surveillance system, but it does not appear the suspect was caught on tape.
