‘Castle Doctrine’ Bill Moves Forward

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — The PA Senate approved the latest “castle doctrine” bill today by a lopsided 45-5 vote.

The bill is to widen the rights to use deadly force in self-defense.

The next step is for Gov Corbett to sign it.

The co-founder for Firearm Owners Against Crime, Kim Stolfer, joined KDKA Radio’s Robert Mangino tonight to discuss the bill. Listen in to see what Stolfer says about the waiting to be signed legislation.
