PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Terry Francona, the manager of the Boston Red Sox, chatted with Vinnie & Cook on SportsRadio 93-7 The Fan.
He is happy to be back in Pittsburgh, and he looks forward to seeing as many old friends as possible. However, he isn’t thrilled about playing without his designated hitter.
Terry takes us inside the pressure cooker that managing the Red Sox can be, and he tells us what it took to rebound from an awful start this season. He also remembers what it was like managing Michael Jordan during his brief baseball career.
