State Police Searching For Missing Armstrong Co. Teen

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — State police say they are searching for a 16-year-old who left his Armstrong County home overnight, was possibly involved in two accidents and has not been seen since.

According to state police, Zachary Mazur left his home in Freeport sometime after midnight, reportedly taking a family member’s vehicle without permission.

Authorities say Mazur is believed to have then been involved in two separate hit and run accidents in Harrison Township in the early morning hours of Saturday.

It’s not known whether Mazur suffered any injuries in the accidents.

He is described as a white male with a buzz-style haircut.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the teen is being asked to call state police in Kittanning at 724-543-2011.
