PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) — Vietnam Air Force veteran George Shelly joined KDKA Radio’s Chris Moore to talk about what the appropriate age is to enlist into the military.

He specifically brought up 17-year-old Lindsay Starr and the controversy that was sparked when she wanted to wear her Marine dress blues during her graduation ceremony from North Allegheny High School.

Shelly and Moore also took calls from former military members on the topic.
