Police: Renfrew Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Wedding Party

NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A man from Butler County has been charged with exposing himself to a wedding party at a hotel in Washington County over the weekend.

Police have charged 44-year-old Randy Northcutt, of Renfrew, with indecent exposure and open lewdness.

According to police, he allegedly stood naked in a full-length window of the Doubletree Hotel near the Meadows in North Strabane as a wedding was taking place in the swimming pool area four stories below.

Witnesses say it went on for about 10 minutes and that Northcutt allegedly fondled himself at times.

The bride's family tells KDKA that the groomsmen saw what was happening and tried to keep the wedding couple from seeing the man.

After getting complaints, officials say the hotel's manager on duty went up to Northcutt's room and told him there were children outside and that he needed to close the curtain or they'd call the police.

Police say it still continued, so they arrived and arrested Northcutt in the hallway outside his room.

The bride's family says that fortunately only a few people noticed the man and that the wedding went on without interruption.
