Accused Target Window Smasher Misses Preliminary Hearing
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The woman accused of smashing the windows of a local Target store failed to show up for her preliminary hearing Wednesday morning.
District Judge William Wagner gave Donna Rosenberger a 30-minute grace period after she did not show up for her 9 a.m. hearing.
An arrest warrant was issued at 3 p.m. after she did not turn herself in.
Rosenberger, 39, of Cranberry, allegedly smashed windows at the Target in McCandless last week.
She was allegedly frustrated after trying to return an ice cream maker. The store would only give her a gift card, but she wanted her money back.
Rosenberger is facing charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
