Spam has been used to create many meals, but here’s one you may not have tried. Try it out in your home today!

1 box of macaroni and cheese
6 cups water
4 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 cup milk
1/8 cup bread crumbs
1 (12 ounce) can Spam Classic

Prepare mac and cheese according to directions on the box.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Shred 12 ounce can of spam, and add the already prepared mac and cheese. Mix well.

Using a 12 cup mini muffin tin pan, scoop mixture into pan, filling each area. Scrape excess mixture off so that the tops are flat.

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each casserole, creating a thin layer.

Place tin in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, cool, and remove from pan. Let sit for 3-5 minute before serving.

Yield: 18-24
