Woman Killed In Overnight Crash In South Greensburg

SOUTH GREENSBURG (KDKA) — One woman is dead following an overnight accident in Westmoreland County.

The crash happened shortly after midnight on Route 819 in South Greensburg.

The Westmoreland County Corner’s Office has identified the woman killed as Dana Lapson-Buczek of Hempfield Township. She died of blunt force trauma to the head and chest.

Authorities say she was pronounced dead at Westmoreland Hospital.

Her vehicle was the only one involved in the crash.

Police are investigating.
