PROSPECT (KDKA) — Lightning sparked a fire at a Butler County farm.

Cindy Jesteadt says her father-in-law rents farm property in Prospect.

She tells KDKA-TV lightning struck a row of 18 bales of hay around 4 p.m. Monday as storms passed through the area.

A smaller barn on the property also caught fire.
