PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Washington Boulevard remains closed after a flash flood Monday evening.
PennDOT says crews are cleaning up the mess on Route 8 between Highland Avenue and Negley Run Boulevard.
They plan to reopen the road to single lane traffic by rush hour Tuesday morning.
Officials plan to survey the damage to determine when the road will completely reopen to traffic.
