PITTSBURGH (SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN) -- Former Redskins GM Vinny Cerrato joined Seibel, Starkey, and Miller to talk about the potential end of the lockout.

Cerrato talked about how the days following the end of the lockout and how crazy they will be in terms of free agency decisions.  He says agents and teams have already been talking and used Santonio Holmes as an example of what may have taken place during the lockout.

Cerrato says there will be some quick changes once the lockout ends in terms of signing free agents, especially with the new cap in place.  He cites the Steelers saying they have some tough decisions ahead of them to stay under the rumored $120 million salary cap.

Cerrato shared his thoughts on both Hines Ward and James Harrison and whether or not Goodell will issue a punishment.

Cerrato wrapped up the conversation talking about training camp and the issues rookies will have compared to team veterans, saying a team like the Steelers is going to want experienced guys on their squad as they face the Ravens on September 11 for the season opener.
