The Penn-Ohio All-Star Classic will be the last high school game for 35 seniors, many of them representing Beaver County programs.

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- Former Pitt tight end Nate Byham’s 2011 NFL season is finished.

Byham was carted off the San Francisco 49ers practice field this afternoon with a serious injury to his left knee.

Byham, who jumped for a pass, immediately yelled in pain after landing on the knee, which appeared to buckle.

Reportedly, Byham immediately received encouragement from fellow tight ends Vernon Davis and Delanie Walker.
