Pittsburgh (KDKA)- The Steelers have come to terms with another one of their free agents.

The team signed running back Mewelde Moore to a new contract.

Moore has spent the past three years as the Steelers third-down back.

Moore had 33 carries for 99 yards a season ago and 26 catches for 205 yards

There was alot of internet rumors that the Steelers had interest in Tiki Barber as a 3rd down back.

Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has reported over the last couple weeks that those Barber rumors aren’t true.

Rookie Baron Batch has an outside chance of becoming the Steelers 3rd down back.
