Pryor To Conduct Pro Day In Pittsburgh

By: Mike Vukovcan

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- Good news for former Jeannette and Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor.

All signs point toward Pryor being eligible to be drafted in the upcoming NFL supplemental draft.

The NFL has announced that the draft will take place on August 17th.

Pryor is making plans to showcase himself to all 32 NFL teams.

Len Pasquarelli of the Sports Xchange is reporting that Pryor plans on working out for NFL scouts on Friday, August 12th.

According to the report, Pryor will conduct a Pro Day workout at an undisclosed location here in Pittsburgh.

Keep in mind that, the NFL hasn’t officially declared Pryor eligible for the supplemental draft.

Pryor and his agent Drew Rosenhaus must be pretty confident if they’re having this workout.

If you were an NFL team, what round of the supplemental draft would you select Pryor in?

  • gosteelers

  • Dan

5th round and make him a safety, he could really dominate there.

    • BJS

Prima-donna thinks he is an NFL caliber QB, doesn’t want to play other positions.

  • BJS

Wouldn’t waste a pick on this bum.

  • Nate

He’s definately not an nfl qb. His athleticism has gotten him through so far, but I don’t think he’s got what it takes to be an nfl qb and unfortunately he doesn’t have the experience of playing any other position.

  • GEM

If i was any team I would never sign him ….hes a bum and a waste of time…hes not even worthy enough to get paid to play…hes definately not worthy enough to be a steeler

  • Matt

He left Pittsburgh for OSU. He didn’t choose PITT or PSU. Have your workout in Ohio somewhere since PA wasn’t good enough for you.

  • Bob

He has talent but not NFL talent. Good Luck in the CFL.

  • G Thomas

3rd round IF he is in the mental state to be what the team asks you to be/7th round if not

  • Anonymous

wouldn’t waste my time. its jerks like him that are ruining prosports

  • Scott

I would tell him to go back to school, take his punishment like a man and make the best of it. Finish out his College career then look to the NFL, he may even get an education. Since this won’t happen I’ll take him in the first round as a french fry cook at McD’s and maybe within a year or so he can work his way up to work the drive through. That is about what he is worth.
