Pittsburgh (KDKA)- The Pittsburgh Pirates made a few moves today dealing with some of their injured players.

Today’s Roster Moves:
*RHP Ross Ohlendorf was reinstated from the 60-Day DL and then optioned to AAA Indianapolis. He’ll move into the Indians starting rotation.

*To make room for Ohlendorf, RHP Tim Wood was designated for assignment. He was the team’s leader in saves.

*Alex Presley and Chase d’Arnaud had their rehab assignments transferred from Bradenton to Indianapolis.

*LHP Jeff Locke was promoted from AA Altoona to AAA Indianapolis. Locke has allowed 3 ER or less in 8 of his last 10 starts.
