PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver after a pedestrian accident in downtown Pittsburgh early Tuesday morning.

According to emergency dispatchers, the accident happened near the intersection of Sixth and Wood Streets around 1:30 a.m.

A 42-year-old man was taken to the hospital and there’s no word on his condition at this time.

Police are looking for a gold Nissan Altima with tinted windows and possible damage to the hood.
