PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — KDKA Radio’s Robert Mangino talks to Bill Bushaw, executive director of Phi Delta Kappa International, an educators association.

They discuss the finding of a new poll put on by PDK about how parents see the schools districts their children attend.

The poll shows that parents think their  local schools are great at the same time that the national education system is failing.
