Former Steelers' WR Louis Lipps Talks Steelers, Mike Vick

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Former Steelers' Wide Receiver, Louis Lipps, who is  in town to host the Flight 93 Memorial Celebrity Golf Tournament on Sept. 8 and 9, stopped in to talk to the Fan Morning Show on Tuesday morning.

They got started by talking about the huge contract awarded to Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback, Michael Vick. Louis wishes that he was born a little bit later in his parents' lives, so that he could have gotten more money like the contracts that the players receive today. He, also, believes that Vick deserves the money because of the type of playmaker he is.

The young wide receivers that are on the Steelers' roster impress Louis and he thinks that they are all products of Hines Ward's leadership, in the same way that he was a product of John Stallworth's leadership when he was a rookie.
