PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Ever wish you could be a contestant on the hit CBS game show “The Price is Right?” Well, today’s your chance to audition for the show.

KDKA-TV is hosting a contestant search today at The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County.

“The Price is Right” announcer George Gray is in town to offer his support to the hopefuls.

“Be yourself, have fun, don’t pretend to be anybody that you’re not,” said Gray. “If you just go out and say, ‘Look, I’ve been a fan of this show forever and here’s the things I love, here’s memories I have of the show, and here’s why I really want to be on this show.’ Bring your A game.”

Auditions will run until 7 p.m.

“Two people are actually gonna get to go out to Los Angeles from the Pittsburgh area, and then one of those persons is guaranteed to be a contestant on the show,” he said, “which never happens… that’s really special.”
