PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Three people were rescued after crashing in the Armstrong Tunnels Saturday afternoon.

A truck was attempting to make a wide right turn as it was coming out of the tunnel.

The truck’s driver apparently did not see a black Pontiac on the right and smashed it against the wall.

Emergency crews had to saw off the windshield in order to extract the three people inside.

The three occupants were shaken up, but were not injured.

There is no word if the driver of the truck will be cited.
