PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Bowl Championship Series Executive Director Bill Hancock talks with The Fan’s Troy Clardy.

Hancock immediately points out that the possible ACC jump by Pitt and Syracuse is still speculation.  He maintains that the BCS bowl picture would stay the same, and the Big East Conference would still have an automatic bid.

Hancock also explains about why the Big East was created in the first place, and the necessity of the current BCS system.
