PITTSBURGH (KDKA/AP) — Jordan Staal started a third period rally that led to the Penguins’ 4-1 win over the Chicago Blackhawks in their second preseason game.

Just under two minutes in the third, Staal tied it with wrist shot on a rebound.

At 10:42, Matt Cooke scored with assist from Craig Adams and Bryan Lerg. Tyler Kennedy, who had two assists, followed with another goal and Staal added his second goal for the 4-1 win.

The Pens had three power play opportunities, but did not convert one into a goal.
