Barbecue and Blue Burgers with Coleslaw
2 pounds lean ground sirloin
3/4 cup Heinz® 57® Sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Additional Heinz 57 Sauce for basting
6 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
3 cups coleslaw
6 Sesame seed sandwich buns
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Combine the ground beef with the Heinz 57 Sauce and the bread crumbs. Form into six patties. Season the burgers with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the burgers, basting often with additional Heinz 57 Sauce, turning once, until cooked through to desired doneness.
4. Transfer the burgers to the buns. Top with the blue cheese and coleslaw. Serve with additional Heinz 57 Sauce.
