Are Your Kids Bullied? Try Self-Defense

PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) -- In most instances, a bully is someone stronger picking on a weaker opponent. Many experts say that to end bullying, you need to talk it out, ignore it, or tell someone, but is there another way?

KDKA AM's Larry Richert and John Shumway talk to Lisa Achille, instructor and co-owner of Steel City Martial Arts, and she says that the best defense against a bully is having self-confidence and a means to fight back- if necessary- through martial arts.
