STOWE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A house fire sent emergency crews to Stowe Township late this morning.

According to emergency officials, the blaze broke out in the 1100-block of 12th Street near Woodward Avenue.

KDKA’s John Shumway reports from the scene that no one was home when the fire started.

There is no word so far on what sparked the fire, but it reportedly caused damage to a wall on the second floor of the home.
