Former Mayor Sophie Masloff Admitted To Hospital
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Former Pittsburgh mayor Sophie Masloff has been admitted to UPMC Shadyside Hospital for tests.
Her former executive secretary Joe Mistick says Masloff had not been feeling well and contacted her doctor early this morning, who sent an ambulance to her Squirrel Hill apartment.
Mistick said Masloff is resting comfortably and is being treated for dehydration.
She will be kept overnight for observation, but Mistick said she's expected to be fine.
