2 Water Main Breaks Force Road Closures

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Two water main breaks have forced road closures in the area.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, one of the breaks happened on Potomac Avenue in Banksville around 7:40 a.m.

The other break happened at the intersection of Dorothy and Prestley Streets in Collier around 7:55 p.m.

Crews are working to repair the breaks at this time and there is no word on when the roads could reopen.

The number of people without service, if any, is unknown.
