Local Sports Agent & Licensed Attorney Discusses Penn State Disaster
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) -- Ralph Cindrich joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller to talk about some of the legal ramifications of the case against former Penn State Defensive Coordinator Jerry Sandusky and what could happen to those involved going forward.
One key issue according to Cindrich is then graduate assistant Mike McQueary and what he relayed to school officials about what he saw, and now the conflicting reports that are being given by those he spoke with.
Cindrich said a key to all of this for Head Coach Joe Paterno and his future at the university will be how much he knew, and when he knew it.
When it comes to Paterno and McQueary coaching in future games, Cindrich said it might be a bit early to pull these guys out of their coaching positions for now, but given the extreme circumstances, actions such as that wouldn't be uncalled for.
