PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Santa Claus is coming to town! In fact, he’ll be arriving Friday night for the 2011 Santa Spectacular!

The Santa Spectacular has become a holiday tradition in Downtown Pittsburgh. Held at Point State Park, the event is sure to raise your holiday cheer with plenty of activities.

Beginning at 6 p.m., the Wyndham Grand Winter Wonderland booths will open.

Guests can enjoy complimentary beverages, ornament-making, letter-writing to Santa and more.

Stage entertainment will start at 7:45 p.m.

Then, the Macy’s Fireworks-to-Music Finale will light up the sky over the Point at 8:45 p.m. The show features the lighting of the 80-foot Duquesne Light Tree.
