Bucs: Pirates Release Promotional Schedule

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Live concerts by the bands Lifehouse and Daughtry headline the Pirates 2012 promotional schedule, which was released Wednesday.

Lifehouse will play after the Sept. 29 game against Cincinnati as part of a Skyblast fireworks night. There will be another Skyblast concert following the Aug. 11 concert against San Diego. That artist hasn’t been confirmed yet.

Daughtry will perform July 7 as part of a post-game “Fan Jam.” There is another artist yet to be confirmed that will play the June 9 “Fan Jam.”

Other promotions include Joel Hanrahan bobblehead night (May 12) and Andrew McCutchen camouflage jersey giveaway (May 27).

    So they cut down on bands for what reason? Do they actually think they are better. They are going for a 20th straight losing season!!!
