The Pennsylvania Resources Council’s Litterbug Specialty License Plate is now available and ready to order! The cost of each plate is $45, which covers the fees due to PennDOT and the PA Corrections Dept. for issuing and producing each plate.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each plate will go towards community clean-up and beautification efforts statewide.
