Should The Wrongly Convicted Receive Restitution?
PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- KDKA Radio's Robert Mangino talks to Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico.
The state would give people who were found to be wrongly convicted $50,000 per year spent in jail according new proposed legislation.
The bill is being introduced by State Sen. Stewart Greenleaf (R-Montgomery County) and not everyone supports it.
