Man Charged With Raping Cal U Student
WASHINGTON (KDKA) -- Police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a local college student at an off-campus home over the weekend.
Southwest Regional Police have charged Harold Stanback, 26, of Maryland, with rape and several counts of assault for attacking a California University of Pennsylvania student.
Authorities say the 18-year-old woman was assaulted at a party in Coal Center, which is near the Cal U campus.
Stanback was later identified through campus surveillance video and police arrested him last night.
He is currently being held in the Washington County Jail.
