Jamie Dixon Talks Pitt Hoops Expectations

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pitt Men’s Basketball Head Coach Jamie Dixon joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to discuss the team’s performance lately with starting Point Guard Travon Woodall injured.

Dixon is pleased with the young guys who have stepped up including true freshman John Johnson.

Pitt has had to change the way they play over the last few years going from a dominant team in the paint with guys like DeJuan Blair and Aaron Gray to a team that relies more on their guards.

We also got Dixon’s thoughts on the biggest recruit he has brought in to Pitt, Steven Adams, and what he’ll bring to the program next season.
