PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are investigating after a man was found lying in the middle of Route 28 overnight.

Authorities say the man was discovered lying on the double yellow line of the highway near the Heinz Plant around 2:30 a.m.

He was semi-conscious.

Paramedics took him to Allegheny General Hospital, but say there were no outward signs of injury.
