WILKINSBURG (KDKA) – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a Saturday afternoon robbery in Wilkinsburg.

According to police, the robbery happened at the Celebrity Wireless store in the 700-block of Penn Avenue around 3 p.m.

Surveillance photos were released and the suspect brandished what appears to be a gun during the incident.

The suspect is described as an African-American male standing about 5-feet-6-inches tall. He was wearing a black jacket, light jeans, black ski mask and a black skull cap at the time of the robbery.

It is not known what the suspect got away with at this time and he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
