PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Hall of Famer Mike Ditka joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93.7 The FAN and gave us his thoughts on Todd Graham and the way he left Pitt for Arizona State.

Ditka said as you get older in life you learn one thing, there is no loyalty in life, and Graham just reaffirmed that notion.

The one thing that disappointed Ditka most is that Graham gave up on his commitment to the university after only 11 months, adding “that’s a quitter to me.”

When it came to the next head coach at Pitt, Ditka said it doesn’t necessarily need to be a Pitt man, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt given that they’d be committed to the university.

Ditka also addressed the culture of college football and how things work today, and how much he dislikes it.
