Arrest Warrant Issued In Fatal Duquesne Shooting

DUQUESNE (KDKA) – An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of shooting and killing a teenager at a birthday party in Duquesne over the weekend.

According to police, the warrant has been issued for 25-year-old Quentin Ingram.

He is described as being an African-American male who is about 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs roughly 130 to 150 pounds. Ingram is also known to have a goatee.

On Saturday, 18-year-old Drew Bracey was killed in the basement of a house in the 600-block of South Fifth Street. A sweet 16 party was going on for Ebony Hawkins' daughter, but things turned sour just before midnight.

Hawkins said that is when those in the basement began screaming that someone was pushing open the basement door.

When the suspect opened the door, he also opened fire. Bracey was killed and seven others were wounded.

Ingram is facing a list of charges including, homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person as well as firearms violations.
