By: Chris Gates

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — CBSSports.com reports that Penn State wide receiver Curtis Drake is not traveling with the team to Dallas for the TicketCity Bowl Jan. 2.

Drake knocked out starting quarterback Matt McGloin with a punch in a locker room fight Dec. 14.

Interim head coach Tom Bradley said Drake was staying home for “personal reasons.”

McGloin was out cold after being punched and suffered a concussion and seizure.

He was hospitalized after the incident.

Drake has five catches for 102 yards and one touchdown this season.
