Ravenstahl Talks About County Assessments

PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl knows people in the city are not happy about their new county property assessments, so he's making sure people have a chance to respond and appeal.
