YOUNGWOOD (KDKA) — State police are investigating following an armed robbery at a local Moose Lodge in Westmoreland County.

Investigators say the robbery happened just before 5 p.m. Wednesday at the lodge on South Third Street in Youngwood Borough.

According to state police, the suspect showed a gun and demanded money from the cash register. Officials say he got away on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white male with a medium build. He was reportedly wearing a ski mask, blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
