4-1-Zoo: Rushel Shell On Big 33 List
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Hopewell High School's Rushel Shell has been selected to play in the Big 33 Classic June 16 in Hershey.
Shell finished his career as the all-time rushing leader in Pennsylvania high school football history. He committed to Pitt while former coach Todd Graham was still with the program, and even despite Graham's depature and the recent hiring of Paul Chryst, Shell has remained committed to the Panthers.
Shell is one of 11 WPIAL players selected to the Big 33 Classic, which pits the top players from Pennsylvania against the best from Ohio.
Defensive tackle Tyrique Jarret, also committed to Pitt, was selected to the game from Allderdice of the City League.
