HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Fire sent crews to a motel in Westmoreland County this morning.

According to emergency officials, the fire was reported around 9:45 a.m. at the Motel 3 in Hempfield Township on Route 30.

Multiple fire companies were called to the scene.

Officials say everyone was able to get out of the building safely.

There is no word on what sparked the fire.
