PLUM BORO (KDKA) — Authorities are investigating after a Burger King was robbed overnight in Plum.

The robbery happened just before 1 a.m. on Golden Mile Highway.

According to investigators, no weapon was seen during the incident but an employee reported to police that it felt as if a weapon may have been pushed into the person’s back.

Police say the suspect managed to drive off with some cash.

The investigation continues.
