1 Killed In Westmoreland Co. Pedestrian Accident

NORTH BELLE VERNON (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a man was killed while walking along Interstate 70 in Westmoreland County Saturday night.

According to State Police, the accident happened near Exit 42 in North Belle Vernon around 10:50 p.m.

Shortly after the pedestrian accident, two other vehicles collided while trying to avoid the pedestrian accident.

There are no other reported injuries in this incident.

The victim has not been identified at this time and anyone with information is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police in Belle Vernon at (724)-929-6262.
