Report: Intruder Gropes South Side Woman In Shower

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police continue to investigate after a woman was reportedly attacked in her home Thursday evening while taking a shower.

Police tell KDKA-TV a man entered her home on South 20th Street on Pittsburgh's South Side.

He then allegedly groped her while she was in the shower. Police say she was able to scare him off.

The door had been left unlocked.

Police are looking for a white man, believed to be in his 20's.

They say he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and used it to cover his face during the attack.

Police say the intruder did not have a weapon.
